Software Inc. was established to provide revolutionary software
solutions to the vacation rental and timeshare industry. In 1990 RNS
introduced our first DOS based rental and timeshare software packages.
In 1996, RNS led the industry by being the first property
management software company to introduce a 16-bit Windows®
application! And, in 1998 we did it again - RNS released our 32 bit
versions of both our rental and timeshare programs and release of R90
in 2003.
How long has Rental Network
Software been in business? Since 1988. Established in
1988, RNS has proven itself to be a leader in the property management
and timeshare management industries. And we are here to stay.
Is it
Windows® ? All RNS Rental programs are true 32 bit
Windows® applications. Some companies will try to sell you a
program that "runs in the Windows® environment." We are
Windows®, and have been since 1996. Both Professional
programs are designed with Microsoft Visual Basic and
Microsoft SQL Server for the most powerful and easy to use
programs on the market today. Our Rental Management Enterprise
Edition is the next step in database power. This true
Windows® based program complete with SQL database technology
leads the industry in software design and is an intuitive approach to
rental management software.

me? RNS Rental Management Software is currently

How can I get a demo? We
have many options to choose from. The preferred choice is to do an
in-office demonstration, where one of our sales representatives will
present an informative demonstration without high-pressure sales
tactics. Next we offer live on-line demonstrations via the Internet.
While on the phone with you, an RNS sales representative will walk you
through connecting to our Internet demo site and walk you through key
features of the program. Finally we have a demo CD that we can send you

Will I need a separate
accounting program? RNS is both a complete reservations AND
trust accounting package. Besides the reservations features you will be
able to collect and report revenue to owners, pay commissions, pay
vendors and much more. All transactions pertaining to the trust
accounts are maintained in the RNS software. There is no
need to export the detail into your operation accounting system.

How long does it take to install
after I order? A good estimation is probably 3-4 weeks. We
are normally booked out 3 weeks in advance for installations and even
longer during the fall and winter seasons. To be on the safe side, we
recommend placing your order at least six weeks before you plan on
having it installed.
What about technical
support? Technical support is available by phone, fax or
e-mail; Monday-Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST. After hours,
customers have access to our full list of helpful Tech Notes and an
online knowledge base located on our website. You can also download
current versions, update utilities and report files. If you need to
send us your data, you can transfer it to our FTP site.
